This page contains download links to all the still images, dimension drawings in various formats and .stl files of the main components for my ANYCUBIC Predator to mount a Clone Mosquito Hot End design. I have also included links to where I purchased some of the main components.
All the design CAD/CAM was created using Vectric Aspire as my intention was always to machine the main effector structure from Plate Aluminium.
The .stl files were modelled and created using this same program, unfortunately Aspire does lack a little in the quality of its created .stl's. However this is only superficial regarding some surface finishing where as the accuracy is fine. Should anyone want the actual Aspire files please ask me via the Contact Me form link on the home page. Anodizing I do myself with my home setup, its not always perfect but it does a reasonable job. Since making the red effector featured I have also made second that I anodized blue. This was to verify some design changes incorporated after doing the first one.
As for the printed version, even though the Fan Supports are glued to the Effector plate all the other mounting holes for the fans and HotEnd I taped M3 to make assembly for testing easy. So as these threads would easily strip, care should be taken to only use what pressure is absolutely needed to hold the parts in place. As to the long term viability of doing it this way that would that I would not recommend. Honestly I provide the .stl files for a printed version for reference only as they are derived from the original CNC files and are of very average quality. I may provide files and more information on the Version 2 effector in the not too distant future when time permits.

I don't have links for some of hardware materials as such as the screws as I purchased these directly from local suppliers that sell nuts, bolts and screws etc.
These can be Stainless Steel (as I use), Brass or Nickel plated steel. Hex head or Philips Head.
The items such as fans, connectors, heater cartridge etc are very standard and available from many on-line stores such as AliExpress and eBay.
Links to components such as the Clone Mosquito hot end and other items I find that these are constantly changing and its not possible to maintain them.
